Jonathan Barton

Jonathan Barton is responsible for managing the campaign process from start to finish. Working alongside Vanessa he will design and formulate the marketing strategy in Print, Online and on Social Media. He is also responsible for drafting contracts, working with our suppliers and maximising the amount of time Vanessa spends working directly with buyers.

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Auckland, with Conjoint Bachelor of Property and Commerce (Accounting & Commercial Law) degrees. His tertiary study has given him a detailed knowledge of the essential property and business principles required to run a successful campaign.

Carolyn Boyd

Carolyn Boyd is responsible for managing Vanessa’s substantial database of buyers. Her role is to find, match and introduce buyers to Vanessa’s properties. Prior to your property coming to the market, Carolyn will analyse our active buyers to find those which are possible candidates for your property.

Immersed in property from a young age Carolyn’s father was a spec builder and she grew up living and breathing all that is involved in the development of a property. Carolyn also has degrees in Marketing, Psychology and Management.
